La Petite Mort

Olivia Standring had been asleep.

She had been sleep-walking through life thus far; a life that she had chosen by default, but a life that she was now realising wasn’t hers. This wasn’t who she was supposed to be, or what she was supposed to be doing, she had to wake up and she had to get out.

As a coping strategy, Olivia had been switching off and shutting down for years, she desperately needed to feel alive again. Work was killing her and she needed salvation before she became a corporate clone, trapped in a corporate cell, where she had thrown away her own key.

Olivia was slowly dying inside.

Luckily for Olivia, salvation first came in the form of a regular TDH (Talk, Dark & Handsome), called Marc. Marc was half French, which was appropriate. In France, the name for orgasm is ‘La Petite Mort’; translating as ‘The little death’.
So, as Olivia embarked on a journey with Marc, little did she know that a series of ‘little deaths’ (sometimes experienced in the least expected of circumstances), would lead her into a new phase, where she would finally feel more excited and more alive than she had ever been in her entire life.
